Congrats to CrossFit NCS for their Grand Opening this past weekend. We wish you guys all the best!
This week on Friday, October 7 at 6:30pm we have a Wine and WOD over at CrossFit 719! This is an evening out for the ladies! Friends are encouraged to bring even non-CrossFitters to workout, share some wine, and listen to some guest speakers.
- Amber Zabka, the in-house nutritionist for CrossFit 719, will kick things off talking about how to boost your immune system during the colder months as well as how to make your own cleaning products and home remedies.
- Jenn Ridler, CrossFit 719’s resident yogi, will teach you how to take 10 minutes and de-stress at the end of the day.
But didn’t we mention wine? Yes we did! Bring your own bottle along to share! This is just for fun, there is no fee to attend, so wear some workout clothes and stop by to share a glass, listen, and have a good time.

Also upcoming at CrossFit 719 are two swim WODs! Apparently they’ve had a great time at these and all levels of swimmers are welcome. Josh says everyone is probably a better swimmer than he is because he drinks pool water through is nose for fun. 🙂
Their dates for October are Thursday the 13th and Thursday the 27th. Meet at 719 at 6:30pm on those dates, bring $5, and have a great time. They’re hoping to go every Thursday in November as well and continue through the winter months.
